Objectives
We are forming a Monsey type frum yeshivish community on a scenic Shomron mountaintop. As the land is in the Shomron Mountains, the summers are cooler, drier, and very pleasant, while the winters are not unbearably cold.

Objectives
This town will make moving to Israel easy, as there will be no language barrier, as most everyone will be bi-lingual, knowing English and learning Hebrew at their convenient pace. Furthermore, there will be no requirement to make Aliya in order to have a home in Israel.  The option will now be open to American families that want a summer and vacation home in Israel without having to make aliya. We expect that among the anticipated six hundred families, we can comfortably accommodate up to 20% part time residents.
What will be unique to our community, compared to Tel Stone, Ramat Beit Shemesh, Efrat, Har Nof, or other predominantly Anglo areas, is that it will be a suburban kippa shechora, or American-Chareidi type of community open to individuals who want to maintain an intense religious environment, high standards in both religious and secular education and who want to live in large American style homes. Tel Stone lacks the secular education, Ramat Beit Shemesh lacks the homes, Efrat is not Charedi while Har Nof is not suburban. By limiting the size of the community to approximately 600 families, we will be able to maintain a small town and friendly community. We hope to continually stimulate each other's spiritual growth under the direction of a godol.
There is no suburban, frum, yeshivish area in Israel, with large homes that offer high quality education. Areas closer to Jerusalem offer a variety of educational systems, but lack the suburban yeshivish lifestyle. Where suburban lifestyle is available, the educational system is lacking.  We will build a community with large suburban houses and establish a yeshiva ketana (elementary school) with very high standards, which will be similar in design to the Yeshiva Ketana of Manhattan.

The quality of life that this community offers is not at the expense of quality education. A new Yeshiva Ketana system is currently being developed and will be temporarily housed in a neighboring community. For details, click Info.
