5. Choose the design of the house and work with the architect to design the interior, selecting all details.
6. Form the elementary school while the houses are being constructed. This school will first be established in a central location and inexpensive rentals of houses in neighborhood communities will be made available.
7. Select either your own contractor or the group's contractor and enter into contract. We specifically do not want this to be another Levittown type of row houses or entire streets of identical houses. We want it to be beautiful, each house unique, but there should be consistency in that the houses should be Jerusalem stone faced. With an individual contractor the cost of building is about $500 to $1,000 per square meter depending on choice of contractor and materials. By using our group contractor the costs will be reduced and the houses will be completed within fourteen months.
